Since its beginning in 2005, Black Belt Treasures has continued to expand and grow in the number of artists participating, total sales dollars, arts education activities, and visits to the Gallery store as well as, the website by people from all over the world. An estimated 350 artists have offered exemplary works and products from our eighteen county service area. The Gallery has hosted visitors from forty-four states and twelve countries. A considerable number of publications have spotlighted Black Belt Treasures as a tourism destination.

Serving both artists and supporters well and expanding our capacity continues to be a priority. For that purpose, the Black Belt Treasures Guild, a membership organization, offers memberships on varied levels and provides an opportunity for friends of Black Belt Treasures to be engaged in a new way. As a member, you will be a critical part of growing and sustaining a vital arts/economic venture in Alabama’s Black Belt region.
